The Origin

I have assisted at different types of spiritual retreats in different countries, but I realized that I have the most profound insights when I was immerged into the nature. Being in movement. During my time in Huaraz, Peru capital of trekking with its beautiful lakes I had this idea of creating a holistic trekking.

Why a trekking instead of a classic retreat in a center?
Because it’s movement, you go from point A to point B, you have an objective, a direction each day and between the 2 points lots of things could happen, emotions like fear or joy, thoughts, meets on the way etc. You will experiment, feel and go through many things during this journey. It’s exactly the same process when you want to implement a change in your life, you will start from point A to reach point B your goals.
I’m also interested in the movement because it’s really powerful to move your energy, your beliefs, your ideas and with this wonderful nature around plus the group energy it’s a good boost.
What is it about?

You will be immerged in the wild Patagonia with a group a people, a trekking guide and myself your holistic guide.
Structure of the Holistic Trekking Experience
Time to connect to yourself
Before the hike I will guide you on somatic moment to connect to your body, your sensations, your emotions. Then we will take the breakfast and start the hike
Time to be in the present moment
After a first walk that will be around 3h. We will make a lunch break and I will share to you minfulness techniques and the benefits of it before continuing the hike.
During breaks throughout the journey, mindfulness exercises are integrated, providing opportunities for participants to center themselves and appreciate the present moment. These moments of reflection are crucial for grounding the experiences of the trek, helping individuals to integrate the lessons learned from nature into their daily lives.
Time to being authentic
We will finish the hike usually around 3pm, you will rest for 1h and we will see each other for a circle of words where you will have the chance to express yourself about this day but also on the thematic of this circle. The thematic will be different each day. This circle it’s a safe place, it’s a place where we listen the one who speaks without judgments, with acceptance, compassion and love.
It’s an opportunity for your to be heard, being authentic, vulnerable and develop your empathy. It’s a powerful moment that plays a significant role in personal transformation to break any beliefs you have thanks to the magic and energy of the group.
Time for rest or going deeper
After the circle you will be free for 1h or if you feel it you can do a holistic session with me.
Time to shine and to express your creativity
We will have dinner around 6pm and after we will make a fire. The fire is a powerful element for transformation. It will be again a moment of sharing and creativity. If you feel it you could share a story, play an instrument, sing, read a poem, etc…. It will be a place of full creative expression.
Time to conclude and celebrate
We will reviews your insights and celebrate the progress you have made through this journey.

The program above was the frame for the 2 days options. When you choose the 3,4 or 5 days you will work on visualizing the life you want to create, we will have educational moment for example about the nervous system, genetics or food as a medecine. It will be an alternance between circle of words so in group or practices in couple (2 persons picked randomly). You will go also deeper in each practice we will do and also deeper into your transformation.
