I started my career as an Engineer  in the aeronautics field, after I went to different position to manage a team as project Manager and Design Office manager.

I have been working with a team for over 15 years, I faces different type of challenges, failures and so learnings especially in the social interaction with the members of the team regarding the direction’s objectives.

I worked directly with direction and on key projects so I confronted myself to different critical situation from the both sides my team and the direction.
